Training schedules are flexible and determined based on the needs of each cohort or Sandbox Partner.
These trainings are open to both enrolled program participants and, when applicable, to the broader public—particularly when delivered in partnership with academic institutions or development agencies.
Each participant at TSF is paired with a mentor aligned with their field of interest. These mentors—working professionals from relevant industries—provide individualized guidance, career advice, and support throughout the participant’s learning journey.
Mentorship sessions are conducted one-on-one or in small groups and may cover portfolio feedback, skill development planning, or real-time problem-solving on active projects. In parallel, TSF offers career consultations to help participants navigate career paths, identify growth areas, and prepare for job applications or client work.
This personalized guidance ensures that each participant not only builds technical capability but also develops confidence and clarity in shaping their career direction, ensuring that the mentorship experience aligns with their professional aspirations and growth trajectory.
